Wonder picked Manaphy in the event twice and if hasn't registered or completed the mission

I have wonder picked in this event and gotten the Manaphy card twice and it hasn't gone on to the screen to swipe up to add it to my collection.
The mission hasn't completed either and when I look for the card in my collection it has not appeared.
Anyone else having this issues or similar?
