Cynthia isn't adding 50 damage to my garchomp from triumphant light. Is this supposed to be this way?

    Yes, this is intended, current Cynthia doesn't add the additional damage to your own ex Pokemon attack, in this case Garchomp ex.

    Unfortunately it is intended. I reported this before. It's a big bummer
