Bug when opponent uses bosses orders

My opponent used bosses orders, but instead of bringing up the desired Pokémon to the active spot, the Pokémon disappeared from my bench. Later when I checked my active Pokémon, it became pixelated and sort of warped into the Pokémon that was supposed to be in the active spot. When it was my turn later I tapped on the Pokémon again, but then when I wanted to use a card in my hand instead of showing my hand it froze and I couldn’t move off the Pokémon’s stats. This was really disappointing, because the timer appeared and I ran out of time even though I couldn’t do an action, and my opponent beat me next turn. Here is the picture of the fused Pokémon card. Has anyone else had this problem?
