Can't even play the game-

Keep getting stuck on the loading screen when starting up, and receiving error 19011 and 10011 😑

    Hello @ZackAckerman, we understand you're having trouble loading the game! If the issue persists, we recommend submitting a ticket to our Support Team at support.pokemon.com, selecting Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, and clicking "Contact Us." Be sure to include the error codes 19011 and 10011 in your report and any screenshots of these. Thanks!
