Stop abusing Item Cards...

Players are abusing Item Cards in such a way that not only are they running through over half their Deck in one turn… but also, them doing that makes their turn take so long that the timer for their turn pops up and then when they end their turn before the timer is up… the timer is staying up… and then it somehow counts for my turn… THIER timer for THIER turn then somehow counts for MY turn… and then I have no time to even do anything before the game just skips my turn.
