Recommend some kind of penalty for people leaving a match early instead of conceding. It happens way too often that I end up sitting there for over a minute waiting for the opponent to time out because they were too petty to just concede when they were losing a match.

Agreed. I think it is reasonable to perhaps not penalise people the first time it happens in a day. We all have connection issues or real life problems come up from time to time. But repeated disconnects should result in a time-out and eventually a ban.
