Can't even launch game

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted, and finally reset my whole phone and all I get is a blank white screen with music, then it turns black, then the app crashes

    If you want the developers to know that you’re having an issue with the game on your phone, you should probably say what phone you’re on
