Which hand held items and combat items should I use?

Actually I use Lucario with power up punch and bone rush for his moveset and for combat item I use Escape Button

Check out unite-db and the Reddit Pokemon Unite community’s post “Actually Meta Builds”. I scrutinize & experiment w what I find there and then choose the one that works best for me.

Builds are unique depending on the class (attacker, defender, all-rounder, etc) and type (physical or special attack). Getting the right build is a massive game changer.
