You SHOULD be able to trade Promo cards.

I understand why you can't trade 2 star cards and above but you should be allowed to trade promo cards.
I went to trade with my friend today an event onix because during the Venusaur event even after doing all of his combats he wasn't able to get it and I didn't mind trading him one since I have 6 just to find out I can't. I feel like we should be allowed to trade promo cards so you can complete your collection even if you have terrible rng.
