What is the criteria for showing Wonder Pick options?

My friend and I love this game since we were little kids and were very excited when this game launch. We talk every day about the cards that we get from packs and when it's a good one, we expect, anxiously, the pack to appear on Wonder pick as a option, so we can try to get it too.
BUT, and that's a BIG BUT, if it's a card over 1 star, it will NEVER appear. Like, NEVER. I know that immersive and gold cards will not appear, but 2 stars card should.
I got two trainers 2 stars from this new collection, Volkner and Marte and it never appeared for my friend. He got some rainbow cards too that never appeared to me.
But some randoms player's pick show that kind of cards.
So, what is the criteria to show packs on wonder pick?

I won't even start to complain how my wonder pick is so bad. Because it is. I have friends that have had god pack as a option from randoms players. Mine, rarely show a option with 2 special cards, like an EX and a 1 star, and I simplily don't understand why. Like, what other people do to get good choices that I'm not doing? I can't believe that I have so bad luck like this.

Please, ellucidate that for us. Seems like, again, you tried to innibit abuse from players and ruined a feature for regular and innocent players.
