Small quality of life improvement that should be easy to implement

Would it be possible to have the way the cards are moved around in a binder to work the same way display boards are rearranged, i.e., they are inserted between the cards and not swapping places? The way it is currently set up, if you want to add a card to the top row but keep the same order otherwise, you have to move most of the cards in the binder. Seems like this small change would save a lot of time just by matching the mechanic used for rearranging binders.

Please, do that.
And add a options to clear the binder too.
Now, to clear, we have to remove card by card. It's very annoying to edit a binder.
