UTC? EST? AEST? It is a mystery.
A timezone needs to be included in the messaging. I logged in now as it's after 4pm (here), to find the window just starting.
If possible, shorthand the month names too (e.g. 2022-Dec-21), to avoid confusion between American format/rest of world format.

Another maintenance window, another mystery as to when it is actually scheduled for.
Bug not yet resolved.
