unable to play

before I had 15 seconds to make my move, 
then it got worse and reached 7, then 5, and now I 
start with my timer at 0, when my turn falls, 
it ends without me being able to play, 1 month unable to play , 
I even spent it on boosters to have more cards, but now I can't play anymore
