Error 10010

Hi i live in Belgium and installed the app on my android device.
After login i keep getting the error code 10010.
Van somebody help me with fixing this

IIRC I always got that error when I forgot my VPN due to a IP geolocation error. I'd open a support ticket. You may have to do so several times, or to request the ticket get escalated before they actually read it, but they should be able to unblock your IP if that is the problem.
