The deck builder incorrectly allows you to build a deck where this card is your only basic pokemon.
When you draw this card in your opening hand, the game incorrectly prompts you to play it as your active basic. The game correctly prevents you from playing it from your hand due to its ability which softlocks the game when testing against the AI.
