Idk i just find it funny how you're just not allowed to do that anymore. Like unless they revert the evo level change (they've never done this before) or make her learn her moves at level 6 (this is equally as unlikely as the other option), we're just never allowed to do that again. Pay your respects to Moonblast/Psychic Kirlia below
