Opponent Ongoing Timer Bug

Hello,
I've experienced this glitch numerous times in a day and the only way is to concede or close the program which ends up in a loss for me. Usually -10 or -20 during ranked games.
I'm not sure what triggers this but during the opponents turn, everything will just stop and their timer will keep going. If they're playing a card, it's in the air. Then after about a minute I see the timer that appears where I'm running out of time to play a card. Then, when it hits 0 nothing happens and the opponents timer still goes. The game completely stops. The only way to get out is to concede or to exit the application. When I concede, I get a white screen and then nothing happens.
