Drayton bug

On PC, played Drayton in a casual battle, selected Xatu as the Pokemon I wanted to draw, then tried to select a stadium card as my Trainer card (PokeStop) but was not able to select it. It showed up like all of the other trainer cards and looked selectable, but it was not possible. I don't believe this is intended, right?
