Where to find Dropdown Menu with "Requests" option?
Hey,
I've recently tried to update my Screenname since I created this account a couple of years ago and just wanted to use the name I use basically every where.
So as the forums said I used the support form and contacted the customer support yet after that I get an email that only redirects me to https://support.pokemon.com and the instructions to sign in via the button at the top right and then select Requests from the dropdown if I'm not redirected to my requests.
Yet my problem is that when I log in via the sign in button and type in the credentials, I only get redirected to the pokemon.com homepage without being logged in. I cannot seem to find the Request option nor any dropdown.
I tried to find it in my profile as well yet no luck.
Can anyone tell me where I can find My Requests so I can continue with the request I created?

I had this issue and had been working with support on a ticket as well. I sent them this forum post stating that you and I had the same issue. I got a message back stating that they needed to escalate it, and their team "took action in the system" to fix my Support Account. What it looked like to me was that after having made a change to my email address in the past, the Support Account didn't update correctly, breaking the Sign In process. But they didn't specifically tell me what they did, it just worked afterwards.

I'll just wait for them to fix my Account as well then.
