Help with Catching Dynamax Adventure Version Exclusives (Tornadus + Xerneas)

I only have Pokemon Shield, meaning that I can’t access the Sword exclusives in Dynamax Adventure normally. However, I can connect with someone who has Sword and can then catch the exclusives that way. Specifically, I need Tornadus and Xerneas. Would anyone be able to help me?

I have Sword, and I'd be happy to help! I don't have any Pokémon locations marked right now, though, so I'd need to take a bit of time finding them first. But if you want, I can work on finding them again!
