When will the team add the option to remove the timer for games with friends?

Hello all, I just finished a game with my mom who struggles to read the cards and play within the turn timer (and game timer) limit. She is EXTREMELY frustrated that even though she plays well, she is forced to end her turns as she is playing cards, and the game ends too soon for a casual game. Additionally, the timer is synced to my internet connection, and her lag means that her turn timer starts earlier than she even draws her card for turn. It NEEDS to be an option to remove either or both timers for games with friends. This would help people who struggle reading the small text (Which also should be an option to change text scale), and those who are still learning the game won't be penalized in a casual game.

My mother and I both feel that it's borderline discriminatory to those who are young, have trouble with eyesight like we both do, or other disabilities that an accessibility feature like this could help solve.

I've seen multiple posts on this discussion forum that have asked for this, some a year old. There has even been response from a mod on the forum that the suggestion is being passed on to the development team, and yet the feature still is missing. It is beyond infuriating, and a family friendly game like Pokémon should not be holding a gun to our heads and adding stress to playing. we want to have fun!

Yes as long as they keep it as an option like you said, but don't completely remove it... it's needed for tournaments and "serious" battling friends.
