Lost account, No response
Hi,
Recently I've lost my account while changing my phone and during the process I've lost all my data and my account wasn't linked to anything so I lost it.
I've send a message to the support on december 20th and got a response asking for more informations on the 22th, I've send every information I knew to have my account back but since then I got no response and its already been 8 days, no update and I really think it's not normal.
