Cards are not usable but still state to be used in standard

so I finically got home today to play and I saw my deck was invalid. Raikou V is not allowed in standard but still displays standard. Was there an update I’m missing? Also my friend regidraco deck is completely ruined as well. So is there something I can read that says these cards got removed or cycled out?
