How to solve error 103-004-06N1

Hey, I've been having some trouble accessing my account. Once I connect my Google account, error 103-011-02400 shows up telling me to re authorize my Nintendo account, and when I try to do so, error 103-004-06N1 shows up. Moreover, when I try to go around my Google account and straight up connect from my Nintendo account, error 103-007-06N1 show up.

Please help
