Fix the failed BP rewards, and complete the BP and give everyone crystals as compensation

This isn't asking much. Literally any other mobile game would do this. I've never seen any other game refuse to give comp chests.

As for me, I'm done playing until the next BP. It's not like I'll be able to finish this one without grinding at this rate anyway.
