error 103 011 05409

I get this error in pokemon tcgp when trying to buy ingots, I try and try and it won't let me

If anyone knows how to solve it I would appreciate it or know why it is caused. I was looking at the payment methods and this error appeared

    This is probably the new update. Try restarting the game multiple times. @DoubleCure experienced the 103 011 05409 issue and got it solved that way, or you can look it up.
