Should togekiss SSP be banned?

Togekiss has the potential to completely flip games on their head if it's ability activates. It doesn't feel fun to play with or against as this ability activates on a coin flip. With the effect of taking an extra prize card being so powerful, surely it being random is only ever a negative thing. Furthermore, the future formats or post rotation appear to be slowing the game down more, giving more viability to this strategy. It feels unfair that a card can randomly completely change the outcome of a game. In a sense I dislike it even more than dusknoir, as though the dusknoir can also take prizes it is guaranteed and both players can try to better play around it.
