it wont let me install the game help

every time i open the installer it says an error occurred while writing installation information to disk check to make sure enough disk space is available i have over 300gb of space on my pc and it still wont download how can i fix this

Hi @mrmoney1111. We recommend getting in contact with our support team so they can review what's causing this error and provide technical assistance. To do that, go to support.pokemon.com, click on the Pokémon TCG Live, and then hit "Contact Us". Please include all relevant details and a screenshot of the error for quicker resolution!
