The ability to Mulligan should be added

This recent event relies on consecutive wins, and your streak will be ruined by a bad hand. The ability to Mulligan would be a great way to keep games from being duds.

decks are smaller than the actual Tcg while a mulligan in the Tcg has a extremely low chance of getting enough mulligans where your opponent has half their cards even with decks like stallax which wants your opponents deck to be depleted while in tcg pocket the deck is 1/3 the size and that increases the chance of having half your deck in your hand turn 1 let’s say you mulligan 4 time before you got a basic pokemon allowing your opponent to draw 4 cards starting with 10 cards in play and if they somehow got a professor oak and 2 pokeballs they would have basically have in play turn 1 14 cards 3 trainers used at least 1 pokemon in play and 7-10 cards in their hands leaving only 6 cards in their deck and if you don’t have a red card it’s basically game over to you and also it would make the meta less diverse with some of the top meta give your opponents quite a few mulligans like mewtwo ex gardevoir, articuno ex misty, charizard ex moltres, and other future decks meaning the meta will be more pikachu ex dominant since it relies on having a bunch of cards on the bench and with mulligans being rarer for this deck and immensely benefiting from mulligans and that having no cards doesn’t result in a loss there is no drawback for obtaining a lot of cards

So in simple terms the devs were smart to not include mulligans
