Suggestion: conceding should give +5 exp to winner

Every game has an option to quit - but let's face it. Majority of people are quitting because they are bad sports. And the whole "saving time" argument is false. Let me explain why.
I've probably had about 1,000 matches or so - I'd say 95+% of those matches the other player will concede right before I make the finishing move. That's not saving time - That's just being a sore loser. I've even experimented with players by deliberately running out the clock on each of my moves just to see if this whole "saving time" argument is valid. I honestly don't think I've had anyone concede due to me taking the whole 1 minute to make my move. 95+% of the times it's before I am about to win and I'm sure most of you have the same experience
