A Big Snorlax Nuisance Mission not giving out reward

Has anyone else been having this issue with collecting rewards from missions? I’ve pulled two snorlax cards but I can’t seem to get the rewards for completing the themed collection a big snorlax nuisance. This is the only reward I need to get the last emblem in the shop. I’ve submitted tickets for this but I only get responses that are talking about collecting “thanks” in the gift box. I’m beyond frustrated because I can’t seem to get anybody to give me any information or just forward it to the support team.

Hi, I have the same issue, but I think you need the full art Snorlax card to complete the mission. If you look at the card art of that collection, the other 3 cards all feature in the full art Snorlax card.
