No Linked Account , Lost Data

Hi , new here.

I started playing this game 2 days ago and today the game kept crashing so i listened to the guides on what to do. Cleared the cache and restarted my phone. All of it. So did the next step that was told which was to uninstall pokemon tcg pocket and reinstall it. So I did.
But I did not know that my data wouldn't be saved in the google play cloud. I had not known I had to link my account, I thought I did link it to my google account but appearently not.
So when I reinstalled it I noticed that I could not get into my account.

My friend can confirm my account still exists in the game but i don't know how to access it or retrive the data. I've tried emailing the support but it seems sadly they are very busy.

Anyone here who got any clue on how to solve this?
I got to level 14 in 2 days and had over 300+ cards and multiple ex cards and had done all current events fully event the battle one when you have to win 50 times.

Please help ;-;

    Hello, the same thing happened to me, I uninstalled the game without synchronizing my data to a Nintendo Account before, and now I lost my data. I contacted support and they sent my details and proofs to the investigation team, but it's been two weeks and I haven't got news..

    Can you tell more about how the investigation works, how long it can last, and what enables it to recover your data or not?

    Please, get back to me with more info, on this thread or via direct message, I'd be happy to provide more details to facilitate the recovery. I am a devoted player, I spent much time and money on your wonderful game, and I feel quite stupid not to have synchronised my data before this...

    I have the same problem I am level 27 with over than 1000 cards, i can see my account on my friends friend list but still unable to retreive my account...

    Hello, I just faced the same issue as this. I accidentally deleted the game while clearing up my apps. Apparently you can submit another report if you don't get a reply in a few days. I was LV 29 with 1200+ cards, one of which was my beloved golden Pikachu. 😭

    I am also experiencing this issue. I deleted the app, not my account, but on reinstall, none of my Nintendo Accounts or emails were showing any saved data attached to them. The account still shows on friends lists as an account that exists, however when I opened a support ticket, they said they couldn't find the profile, closed the ticket and said that any further following up would get my account banned from support.
