Since logging onto TCG Live on my MacBook my account name has changed on everything

I tried to log into my MacBook with my normal account details for TCG live today and now whenever I log into anything Pokemon TCG related it has a new username for me?

On TCG live on my iPhone i have the account name KF72000 but now on my MacBook I have a brand new account with the same log in information and every other site uses this new name too. I am worried about logging out on my phone now in case I cannot get my account back. It also means I have been unable to redeem codes to my main account as the packs all went to the brand new account they made me.
