Issues with Surface Pen

I used to be able to play using a Surface Pen on a Surface PC, my preferred control method. Now most buttons are unresponsive when using the Surface Pen. Some buttons like the HOME, DECKS and PROFILE tabs work fine, but nothing else will respond to the Pen's touch.

I just came back after a several month long break so I'm not sure when the issue started, but I've been able to use the pen with no issue previously since the beginning.

The pen works everywhere else on my PC so I don't think it's a me-issue. Is this a known issue with the client or are there any settings to tweak?
