I'm reaching out for support regarding an issue I'm experiencing. After clicking through the maintenance message and choosing the language prompt, I receive an error message. When I retry, it loops through the entire process, and I can't get past the error. I've tried on different computers and networks, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
