Opponent runs out of time and nothing happens

Sat here for 25 minutes and game just gets stuck with opponent running out of time.

    Im having the same problem when I play against someone with the Mew vmax deck. They freeze and their timer keeps going, but even when it times out nothing happens. I keep losing ladder points and dropping due to my opponent freezing. Super frustrating since so many people use that deck.

    The same this happened to me this morning it was my opponents turn and where only 5 minutes in and then he goes afk and I wait 20 minutes for the game to end then the timer is just red with with (0:00) then I have to concede to lose a match which not put me lower in my rank because this person went afk. -Thanks
