Zebstrika's Thunder Spear only deals base damage to benched pokemon regardless of the electic vulnerability.

Works correctly when attacking an active pokemon.

    this is not a bug it is doing what is supposed to weaknesses does not apply to benched Pokemon and only apply to the active pokemon
