First turn attack

I just noticed that you can attack on the first turn if you manage to attach the energy (using Misty). Intentional or not, it’s clearly not good design. If you’re playing a non-EX Fire deck against a Water deck, your game will likely end on the first turn without you having a chance to do anything.

I literally just found this out today. Omg no wonder misty is so broken as you can attack going first and second

This just happened to me, for the first time, and it really took me a minute to put the dots together that Pocket only stops you from attacking on the first turn by not putting energy in your Energy Zone so simply using Misty was how they did it

Still thoroughly annoyed though cause not only is it a literal rule of pokemon that you can't attack on the first turn (unless cards with an ability specify otherwise) but I also can't even think of a SINGLE tcg that does allow attacking on the first turn 🙄
