Feedback + Suggestions!

Just wanted to provide some constructive feedback on the game in the hopes that maybe things can be improved! Been playing it for a few days and I've been enjoying it but there are some things that I would like to comment on.

1. Lack of a pity system

For those who have played other games with a lootbox/gacha system, a pity system should be a familiar thing. I'm quite surprised that this game does not have such a system when the physical cards do have them. I'm more familiar with the Japanese boxes but how it works is that in a box of 30 packs, you are guaranteed 3-4 EX cards, 3 illustration rares and at least 1 hit (SR and above in JP). I've had 10 pack rolls with not a single EX card in this game and that doesn't feel right, especially when EX cards are pretty fundamental for most decks. While I understand that the physical boxes need guarantees since you have to pay to obtain them while you can open packs in this game for free, I still think that there should be some sort of guarantee. Maybe at least 1 EX per 10 packs and 1 hit per 30 packs? The lack of a pity system also doesn't incentivize pulling 10 packs at once since there's no such guarantee anyway. Just a suggestion!

2. Better EXP gain for PVP matches

Many others have already said this but 15 EXP is not very much, especially at higher levels. I'm not sure how the optimization works for levelling but definitely more is needed and losing a match should also net some exp at least. Others have suggested scaling exp gain for those who've lost by the number of points they have and I think that's a good idea. The winner should still get a flat exp gain as it is possible for players to concede early with both sides only have 1 point or lesser.

3. More value for premium pass.

From my experience with other games, the premium pass costs the same as a battle pass. However, it does not have the same value as one would expect from a battle pass. 1 extra pack a day is quite little and the premium shop only having cosmetics is also not something worth that value. The premium missions can be completed pretty fast too so it kinda feels like oh, you're done with it and there's nothing extra to do for the month. Some possible improvements could be adding a set number of hourglasses to the premium shop so that if the current premium cosmetics are not to that person's liking, they can instead spend their tokens on extra hourglasses. Having premium missions that also refresh daily, instead of of a set list that's one and done, would also be good so that maybe those who purchased the pass can get regular shop tokens at a faster pace and are able to purchase monthly hourglasses easier. While ideally, there should be 2 extra packs a day instead of 1, maybe that's asking for a bit too much so I'm not super sure about that. But there definitely needs to be more value to this pass to justify the costs.

Those are my main feedback points for now. I've never played the actual TCG so my thoughts on the battle system are quite limited, but I am definitely looking forward to seeing more variety that later expansions will bring! I don't know if this will get across to the developers but here's hoping!

    Agree that the Premium Pass it's really weak and it's easy to finnish in few days except the metal Pokemon quest... also the additional pack it's not that relevant, the positive about that is that F2P players aren't missing anything special.

    The EXP from battles makes no sence it should at minimum increase a bit as you level up because the required EXP to finnish each level also increases. Not to mention the current maximum level cap at level 50 will make winning a battle useless.
