Is there a way to report players who intentionally abuse the energy/game freeze bug?

I have screenshots of players who are losing and in an unwinnable game state who decide to intentionally cause game freezes. Is there a way to report them? They are abusing the bug, triggering game freezes, and benefiting from the win while causing me to lose ranked points unfairly.

I put in a ticket because of this, I was told there is a report user function but I am unable to find it. Have replied back but no response as yet. I am on android and I changed to my gmail to read the response, went back in and it had automatically conceded for me.
