Immersive cards don't work

Ive been having this issue since i got the charizard immersive , it didnt play the animation when i pulled it and still wont play it after i tap and hold also instruction videos wont play either

how many stars does it have if it’s 2 you probably have the full art if 3 you have the immersive art and I don’t know why it’s not working

Its a 3 star , at first i thought that too that maybe the immersive is a different rarity than the one i got but no its not.

i've been having the same exact issue with my immersive cards, i never got to see the animation display even right after pulling them, i also know i have no issue with tapping and holding because i can still angle the cards by holding and dragging
