Anyone else's account logging into the wrong account
Me and my kid took a break from pokemon go and now when I log in my my username and pw it logs me into his account. I changed the password on my account and everything but no matter what I do if I enter my username and pw it opens his account. And not only that it's his old account that isn't even linked to mine. Ik this because I changed his screen name in the pokemon trainer club and in pokemone go it's still the same and didn't match what was in trainer club to begin with. I've reached out in the support chat like 3 times now giving them very in depth info about what it's doing and the only thing they send back is "if your having trouble remembering your sign in please use this link to recover your account" and paying bo attention to that I can log in every where else fine but pokemon go logs me into the wrong account.
