I have a problem I get an error 10099 I can neither enter the game nor change the user and it only shows me on my pc because I downloaded it on another pc and I'm playing it with BlueStacks X and I don't know what happens with that error 10099



any solution thanks

    I'm also having that same problem and I even tried to repair twice but still cannot get in
