GIVE THE COMPLETE 3 POINTS TO THE WINNER IF THE OPPONENT CONCEDE!!!
I had been experiencing a lot of opponent concede due to bad initial deck. But however the points is not awarded only the winning stat is added.
Could you please allow the 3 points to be awarded to the winner every time his/her opponent concede.
a lot of your player base will be concern of there stats in game. most specially when ranked match come out.

If there was a Ranked Ladder and the ranked points were about the "match points" (prize cards in the original TCG) that would be ridiculous… I'm sure they will do something smarter than that.
After all the "match points" you are talking about are just to decide who wins a match (in normal circunstances), outside of the match they are useless… having a lot of "match points" doesn't necessarily mean you win more it doesn't mather much for stats.
In the end as long as you win you get the same amout of EXP regardless the "match points" you won in battle… so you should be happy they conceded.
