Feedback on UI - scrollbars inconsistencies

Hi
I've noticed, that there are different scrollbars ingame, some are better than others.
A good one is in "my cards", it's big and usable. Same as in wonder pick.
Bad ones are in a booster pack, the offering rates. This list is really large, and the scrolling takes forever, because you can't touch the scrollbar. Same with the friend list, the (rental) decks, the deck builder, the mission lists. themed collections.
In some places like the profile page it's okay, because it's not that large.
