Crashing issues on ipad

So idk if this been addressed or not I’m playing on a iPad Air 2 I believe and during the deck editing or when searching for a match my game will crash and it gives me a automatic lost I have lost so many rank points cuz the game will crash so often and it’s annoying cuz I can’t get anywheres on ranked cuz when I do win they get erased cuz for example I win one to get 20 points but the next two games it will crash while searching for a match and I will lose points
