Anybody have any idea about the processing of discussions being aproved?

A while ago 4 stars got their posts approved instantly but now (since they added the edit button) everyone needs to go through approval sometimes.

I don't think it ever was about the number of stars, before with 4 stars from time to time I had to wait for approval, even now with 5 still got couple posts for approval so far, I really don't think it's about the edit option either, the amout of posts to approval are roughly the same at least to me.

I don’t know if this is the same situation, but I tried to post a thread four weeks ago (!) and after the little message about it needing to be approved appeared it was gone. It isn’t in my drafts or my posted discussions. Is there any possible answer or could it have actually just gotten deleted?

@TonyVasiento Yes it's possible that your post it's gone for good.
That situation also happened to me but rarely. In my case was the same, the post never got approved and wasn't even in draft area… after a long time waiting I just ended up giving up fro those posts because the thread had already moved on.
