Feature Request, Allow "Expanded" Decks to be played against friends.

If Expanded decks can work online, doesn't seem like there's a huge reason why we can't use them against our friends in person.

You didn't post under Pokemon TCG Live game… and you mention "in person", so I though you were talking about playing in person physically… that was confusing.
In Pokemon TCG Live you can't play Expanded with friends yet indeed.

It's much more difficult to play tennis with a bowling ball than it is to bowl with a tennis ball
