[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Blank Card Images in Game

Has anyone else been getting blank card images in game? Sometimes when I search my desk or my opponent plays a card, the image is just the back of a pokemon card and not the actual image of the card. It is really annoying because I cannot see what card they are using unless I hover the card and sometimes that doesn't even work! :(

    Thank you for sharing this, @SaiboT. Our support team can take a closer look and assist you with resolving the issue with the cards being blank. The way to reach them is to submit a ticket, by going to support.pokemon.com, click on the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link, and then hit "Contact Us".

    That's an asset streaming issue, so check your connection.

    I have also seen this quite a bit since the last update. I am using the app. @SaiboT , are you using the app or desktop? Just curious.
