Mimikyu (Safeguard) vs Roaring Moon's Frenzied Gouging

I was playing a game today, and Roaring Moon's attack Frenzied Gouging did absolutely nothing.

The attack should KO the Mimikyu because Safeguard only mentions it prevents damage to itself, not affect of attacks. I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed.

So you should read all of your opponent's cards.

Did you see mimikyus ability? Safeguard prevents attacks.

Mimikyu Safeguard won't block Roaring Moon ex Frenzied Gouging by itself... Mist Energy will block it tho.
